Partnerships, Funders, and Donors Coordinator

Partnerships, Funders, and Donors Coordinator

Reporting to the Team Lead Partnerships, Funders, and Donors, the primary duties and responsibilities of the Partnerships, Funders, and Donors Coordinator include; Renew and recruit scholarships and other funding, including submitting proposals, concluding agreements and invoicing, in coordination with appropriate teams; Ensure timely reporting on all scholarships and funding agreements; Liaise with existing and new funders, partners and donors and develop and maintain fruitful, collaborative relationships; Coordinate with the Expedition Team, the Finance Team, the Communications Team and any others involved in expedition management regarding their needs and the needs of funders and partners; Identifying new possible funders (for both scholarships and program/general funding) and follow up on opportunities in collaboration with the Partnerships, Funders and Donors Team Lead; Maintain and update partner files (paper & electronic) and the relationship database; Resolve any issues in a timely, proactive and partner-focused manner; Perform data querying and reporting functions to support and enhance partner, funder and donor engagement efforts.
