Flights

After having completed your registration SOI will be able to send you flight options, please keep an eye out for these. Things to remember about flight bookings: We will not book a flight without a valid government-issued identification (loaded at the time of Registration). Once booked, we will not make changes to the booking reservation, so please ensure all details to and from the expedition are confirmed as they are final.

Baggage

The baggage allowance is 1 piece of checked baggage and 1 carry-on per person with a maximum combined weight of 50lbs (22.6kg). The planes we are chartering are small and the weight limit for baggage is strictly enforced.

Insurance

As per the details you give us on registration, SOI will provide your medical and evacuation insurance for your expedition. You can read more about the insurance in the Orientation Package.
