Your Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the use of the various applications within the portfolio and ensure user support.
- Assess system support issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain access procedures, functional specifications documentation, and training materials.
- Train the “superusers “community.
- Contribute to the research and analysis of current system capabilities and participate in the development of technological solutions.
- Implement changes and updates by preparing functional specifications, then designing, testing, and deploying the required adjustments.
- Analyze new projects and requests, and provide recommendations.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum (5) years of experience in a similar role supporting various business applications, such as HRIS
- Good knowledge of SAP functional components (configuration, tables, transactions, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes, including maintenance management, project management, materials management, and quality management.
- Project management experience in a structured and collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to proactively respond to the needs of users and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. This requirement is necessary due to the position’s communication with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
- Valid driver’s license, Class G (Ontario) or Class 5 (Quebec), with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
