Explore Opportunities in the Sustainable Blue Economy
Partner with us to support youth and the future of our planet
In June 2025, France will host a series of major international ocean events, including the UN Ocean Conference (UNOC3), the One Ocean Science Congress, the Blue Economy and Finance Forum, and Oceans 2025.
In the midst of these high-level gatherings, SOI Foundation’s Blue Future Pathways and partners invite you to a trilingual (English, French, Spanish) event that puts youth voices at the center of global ocean discussions. This session will highlight the leadership and contributions of youth and Early Career Ocean Professionals (ECOPs) representing all seven continents and explore practical strategies for deeper youth inclusion in ocean governance.
Young speakers will share regional perspectives ranging from grassroots education efforts and blue economy innovation to experiences in science, policy, art, and socially conscious tourism. The event offers an opportunity to hear directly from emerging ocean leaders, to exchange ideas, and to strengthen international collaboration in support of a more inclusive, sustainable ocean future.
This event will be held twice to ensure maximum accessibility for participants. Both events will be the same, so please only register for one event. The events will be held in La Baleine, Palais des expositions, Nice, France. The first will be at 10:15 am CET in Salle Manta and the second will be at 11:15 am CET in the Cryosphere Pavilion. For more information, please pick your desired session via the links below and register for one of the events.
Open to the public, registration is required.
